A great opportunity has been become available at our Bluegrass BBQ Albion restaurant.
The role we have available at the moment is for a Sous Chef to join our team.Bluegrass BBQ specialises in American style Low and Slow BBQ and we have been in operation for over 8 years with 3 sites across Brisbane.
As one of our Sous Chefs, you will be tasked with the responsibilities of such a role and be working under, and alongside, the Head Chef and owners who actively work in the restaurants.
Our ideal candidate:
- proven success in a similar role
- has the ability and experience to do budgeting and rostering
- is an effective leader and trainer
- willingness to step up and get the job completed to a high standard
- has an excellent eye for detail
