Our client
is seeking an experienced
Change and Communications Manager
to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational transformation and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping change programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies, change impact analysis to support business transformation.
  • Design and deliver communication plans that engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Create compelling content for internal communications across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change and communication activities, adjusting as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement forums.

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in managing change programs within complex organizations.
  • Strong background in internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or Salesforce implemenatations is needed.
  • Salesforce implementation experience
  • Experience across various industries or large-scale projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the business.
