Who are we?

Selby Acoustics is passionate about providing top Home Theatre, Hi-Fi, and AV accessories to Australians. As one of Australia's largest independent retailers, we offer a vast selection of Audio Visual Electronics and a wide range of cables, stands, mounting systems, and accessories from top brands, including our own.

We currently have a fulltime opportunity for a customer service assistant to help us continue our fantastic growth record. We are looking for an individual who is a committed and enthusiastic team player with well developed integrity and honesty .

Is this you?

• You have a passion for Movies + Music. 

• Retail experience is preferred but not essential.

• Experience with HiFi + Home Theatre is advantageous but not required.

• A fun upbeat personality that enjoys face to face customer service. 

• A desire to hit targets and meet KPI's focusing on the team performance. 

• Demonstrates the highest levels of honesty and integrity. 

• Strong communicator with sharp written and verbal skills. 

• Looking for training to be your best and learn HI Fi and AV.

• Ready to work within rostering guidelines, including weekends.

Your new role

Working in Hallam , this entry level position is an important part of our highly regarded customer service team and involves providing friendly advice and support to new and existing customers, via phone, email and in store.
