What does it look like to be a TVC Bridal Stylist?

This is a casual role with the prospect of full-time or part-time for the right candidate. Our Bridal Stylist are responsible for guiding brides through their bridal journey, from initial consultation to gown collection.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Conducts personalised one-on-one appointments with a focus on intentional styling, sales and delivering a tailored customer experience;
• Achieves monthly individual and team sales goals;
• Can efficiently and proactively navigate additional tasks between appointments such as following up with brides via email and phone, provide back of house support and demonstrate administration skills;
• Provide support to the Boutique Manager with delegated tasks.

You as an individual:

• Pride yourself on your personal presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Creative whilst also being strategic when navigating group dynamics to close a sale;
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing training and development to ensure you remain up to date on product knowledge and industry information;
• Luxury sales experience highly regarded - luxury fashion or previous bridal experience preferable. Please note this position is not for entry level candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $39.15 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
