Role Purpose

  • To lead through Redcape's purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics.
  • To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passionate about customer/guest experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and/or autonomously.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Oversee and complete the daily cleaning and presentation of rooms and public areas.
  • Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
  • Ensure Workplace Health & Safety and house policies are adhered to
  • Assist with guest enquiries and enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • Assist with the management of stock control and ordering.
  • Availability across a flexible work week which includes mornings (06:30 for example), school hours 10:00-14:00, weekends & school holidays
