We have a rare opportunity for skilled individuals to lead our install team with the industry's best backing.

We are in search for new installer to join the company , from general installers to Australia's best we are looking for the best well rounded individuals in the industry. our aim is to bridge the gap and incentivise our team and pay more than what you would make self employed.

We are open to full time employee and subcontractors opportunities, hours are uncapped and we are all for paying overtime and giving as much opportunity as possible to make more money, vast amount of overtime hours available every week, totally drive and individual based . we are here to talk about it. will most. likely be broken down to hourly rate depending on preference. there is No limit on earnings.

$100-140K+ (broken down to hourly) + company vehicle + fuel card + superannuation etc.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Install high end custom and traditional garage doors in the Sydney area
  • Providing industry leading customer service, experience and communication skills with ALL staff members and clients across the board
  • Potential service and warranty jobs for previously installed jobs
  • Keep a clean work environment, well looked after and tidy appearance
  • Demonstrate vast experience in the garage door industry
  • Required to hold a valid Australian drivers license
  • Flexible working hours ,ability to stay back when jobs need to be done and early starts (paid accordingly) adequate time management skills, ability to turn up. on time consistently .
