About the Company: Luna Wedding and Event Supplies is a growing business in Bayswater, VIC. We specialise in dispatching supplies to the busy events industry. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Worker, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately pack and prepare orders for dispatch. You will work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. In addition, this position involves operating a walkie-stacker to move and stack pallets.

Responsibilities:
  • Pack and prepare orders with a high level of accuracy to meet daily courier deadlines for dispatch
  • Use a walkie stacker to load and unload trucks on a daily basis and also bring pallets up and down from racking in a tight space
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with the warehouse manager to meet daily targets
  • Operate basic computer systems to print order labels and process shipments
  • Adhere to all OH&S safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or packing role is preferred but not required
  • Experience with forklifts and walkie stackers – (specific training for our walkie stacker will be provided)
  • Comfortable ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
