Senior Spa Receptionist

Full-time, 5 days per week including weekends

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + super (loaded to include weekends)

Location: Brisbane, multiple branches (Siam Spa)

Siam Spa is a family-built massage and wellness brand with four welcoming locations across Brisbane. We blend traditional Thai wisdom with modern remedial care and are growing quickly.

The role

You are the calm centre of our guest experience. You'll welcome clients, manage bookings, keep the reception flowing smoothly, and support our therapists so every treatment starts and ends beautifully.

What you'll do

• Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle phone, SMS, and online bookings
• Run the front desk: POS, daily balancing, vouchers and gift cards
• Process health fund claims and receipts (HICAPS in-store)
• Coordinate room turns, laundry flow, light merchandising, and tidy presentation
• Communicate clearly with therapists to keep the day on time
• Help with basic admin and stock checks; escalate issues promptly

What you'll bring

• 2-3+ year in reception, spa/clinic, or premium customer service
• Confident with iPad-based POS/booking systems and fast, accurate typing
• Warm phone manner, clear written English, and great attention to detail
• Composed under pressure, proactive, and reliable with timekeeping
• Health, wellness, or spa interest is a big plus; HICAPS experience is ideal

Roster and hours

• Full-time across 5 days per week including Saturday and Sunday
• Two consecutive weekdays off (example: Tue–Wed or Wed–Thu)
• Approx. 38 hours weekly, no split shifts
