Start Your Trade with the Industry Leaders
Are you looking for a career that gets you outdoors, keeps you fit, and teaches you a highly skilled trade? TreeServe is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Arborists.
This is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes from the ground up, working exclusively on large-scale Government and Council contracts. You won't be doing small residential backyard jobs—you'll be working on major public infrastructure and urban forest projects alongside the most skilled crews in the industry.

As an Apprentice, you will be fully supported as you learn the technical skills of the arboricultural trade:
- Field Operations: Assisting with large-scale tree maintenance and removals across government assets.
- Equipment Mastery: Learning to safely operate and maintain professional machinery, including woodchippers and chainsaws.
- Ground Support: Maintaining safe work zones and supporting senior crew members in complex rigging and pruning tasks.
- Ongoing Learning: Completing your Certificate III in Arboriculture with all training costs covered by TreeServe.
Why Join TreeServe?
- Above Award Wages: We offer competitive pay rates that sit above the standard apprentice award.
- Expert Mentorship: Learn your trade from the best. Our crews are renowned for their technical expertise and high safety standards.
