About the Role:

Stratum Civil is currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our civil contracting team in Toowoomba. Candidates must have previous residential development construction experience and have the ability to manage themselves whilst upholding quality and safety onsite.

We have received a brand new 150 CAT Grader with full Trimble UTS.  Candidates must be able to set up and utilise UTS system.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in grader opeations
  • Experience in GPS and UTS
  • Communication with onsite personnel.
  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor others.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Experience in all ranges of civil projects.
  • Experience in project delivery and residential developments.
  • Great communication skills
  • High attention to detail.
