Annual package range $125,268.40 to $132,319.60 includes annual allowances (conditions apply) + 6 Weeks Leave + Super Matching Scheme.

Starting salary is negotiable, dependent on skills and experience.

Shire provided accommodation and a relocation package may be available to eligible candidates for this role.

About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator Planning & Lands to join our team in Onslow.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of the Shire's planning and land services, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks and alignment with the Shire's strategic priorities.

You will be responsible for overseeing development applications, land transactions, and mining tenement referrals, while supporting the development of planning policies and land management processes. The role also includes leadership of a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the organisation.

This position offers a competitive remuneration package and six weeks' annual leave. All terms and conditions are as per the Shire of Ashburton Enterprise Agreement 2022.
