About Us:

The Agostino Group is a proudly South Australian owned company with our head office based in Adelaide. We operate a growing network of 19 AMPM Fuel and Conveniencestores — including 15 metropolitan sites across Adelaide and 4 regional locations, one of which is in Roxby Downs. In addition, we own and manage multiple national food brand franchises including Carl's Jr and Subway.

We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Site Manager to lead our Roxby Downs AMPM store. You'll have the support of our experienced head office team and regular on-site guidance from our Operations Manager.

About the Role:

As the Site Manager, you will take full ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and store performance. This is a hands-on role where you'll help create a positive, customer-focused culture while ensuring operational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking to relocate. There is also the opportunity of employment for family members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high performing front line team
  • Recruiting, training, and managing staff
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
  • Managing stock levels, conducting stocktakes, and serving customers
  • Overseeing store budgets, invoicing, and cash flow
  • Supporting the Operations Manager in compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement

Due to the nature of our business, some public holiday work will be required.

About You:

  • Experience in retail, fuel, hospitality, or fast-food management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Confident communicator with a hands-on attitude
  • Organised and results focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Possess a forklift licence (or be willing to get one)
