Founded in 2010, Red Earth Health Solutions (REHS) was established to address the critical skills and training gaps in the mining and resources sector. Today, we're proud to be a trusted provider of occupational health, emergency response, and training services across Australia.

Our fully mine-spec'd medical training facility supports emergency responders with hands-on, real-world scenarios to prepare them for field and critical incident situations.

As proud founding members of the Mining Emergency Response Competition (MERC), held annually in Perth, our teams not only compete but also volunteer and connect with others who share their passion for remote and emergency health.

About the Role

We are currently seeking casual Registered Nurses with excellent acute/emergency care skills and ideally, occupational health experience.

Your role will include:

  • Management of on-site clinics and injury care
  • Coordination and support for medical reviews
  • On-call response and occasional callouts

To be successful, you will have:

  • 3–5 years' experience as a RAN or emergency nurse
  • Qualifications in acute/emergency (preferably rural/remote)
  • AHPRA registration
  • Manual driver's licence
  • Ability to work FIFO rosters
  • Previous mine site or industrial health experience
