Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Analyst to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The IT Analyst will be responsible for providing a mix of first-level remote and onsite technical support to our client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming client IT environments and providing strategic recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote-access tools.

Travel to client sites on the Gold Coast to provide hands-on technical support and build strong client relationships.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including user account management, security configurations, and application support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews of client IT infrastructure, systems, and security protocols.

Prepare detailed reports for management and clients, outlining the current state of their IT setup, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.

Drive the implementation of new technologies and IT projects.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of support requests, technical issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide proactive and informed advice to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite (including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune).

Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues.

Experience in conducting IT audits and assessments.

Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
