We're looking for an experienced and passionate Duty Manager / Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations and a genuine commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee and coordinate daily food and beverage service across all areas of the venue.


• Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


• Maintain and uphold venue standards with a strong eye for detail and presentation.


• Assist with rostering, stock control, and operational management.


• Drive a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


• Provide guidance and expertise in wine service and pairings.


• Support the General Manager in delivering venue goals and financial targets.

About You


• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality.


• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a passion for quality service.


• Excellent wine knowledge and an interest in ongoing learning.


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and maintain high standards.


• Confident in staff training, mentoring, and team development.


• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional approach.


• Availability for a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings.
