Great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic person seeking a part-time role to join a friendly professional firm in modern offices at Greenwich to provide office support/admin support.

Your Duties will Include:

  • Managing incoming calls and greeting clients & visitors
  • Sorting and recording mail
  • General office/admin support duties including filing, scanning & profiling
  • Ordering office supplies & stationery (when necessary)
  • Maintaining general tidiness of Boardrooms & Kitchen area

You will possess:-

  • Reasonable typing speeds acceptable
  • Computer skills using Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Some previous experience in an office admin/role
  • Ability to multi task and work within a team & autonomously
  • Good presentation/Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail

This part-time role provides a great work-life balance and is ideally suited to someone seeking to work 2 days per week, preferred days Tuesday & Thursday pm, which includes a one-hour lunch break, unpaid), flexibility is also appreciated to do additional days to cover any leave by Office Administrator.
