About the role

Join the team at Wash n Go' as a Car Wash Attendant This is a casual position based in Brendale, Queensland. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our car wash facilities, ensuring our customers receive a high-quality service every time.

What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly managing customer vehicles to ensure using appropriate cleaning products + all equipment is working correctly and all products are up to standards
  2. Cleaning out Vacuums and wiping down dashboards and other surfaces of self serve wash bays and vacuum island and equipment
  3. Refilling cleaning supplies and restocking vending machines as needed
  4. Maintaining the general cleanliness and organisation of the car wash facilities, including daily hosing and driveway blow downs
  5. Greeting customers, answering their questions, and providing excellent customer service and explaining how to use the equipment including paying for automatic wash packages and how to use correctly

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or automotive detailing role, preferred but not essential
  2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
  3. Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
  4. Reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  5. A valid driver's licence
