About the roles:

Join our Eastern Region Home Careand become a beacon of hope and compassion We are searching for heartfelt, empathetic, and dependable individuals who cherish the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our cherished ageing clients, helping them stay independent and dignified in the comfort of their own homes. Together, let's create a community where compassion, support and kindness shine brightest.

This is a part-timerole that requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per fortnight, and you must have availability of at least three weekdays per week during daytime hours.

This role will see you supporting clients in Yarra Ranges,supporting clients in Lilydale, Mooroolbark, Kilsyth, Emerald, Belgrave, Upwey, Monbulk, Montrose, Healesville and surrounding communities

| Home Care Domestic Support | - key responsibilities may include (depending on client needs):

• Performing household tasks to maintain a safe and tidy space, such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry
• Preparing meals and assisting with grocery shopping
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and shared living spaces
• Providing social support and transport to appointments and community activities
• Monitoring client wellbeing and promptly reporting any concerns
• Respecting each clients preferences, cultural background, and values

• Commitment to Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of community care and a dedication to delivering high standards for clients and families.
• Experience in a home care setting or providing domestics support is desirable
• Team Player:Thrives in a collaborative team environment while valuing one-on-one client connections.
• A focus on maintaining safe, comfortable and clean environment

Mandatory Requirements:

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain:

• Valid Victorian Drivers Licenceand access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• CurrentFirst Aid and CPR certificate
• Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Police Check
• Up-to-date vaccinationsin accordance with Uniting Agewell's Vaccination Policy
• Full Australian working rights
