Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support business operations.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and provide quotes to customers.
- Process claims for devices and parts using manufacturer systems.
- Follow Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to complete both practical and theory-based traineeship requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Reliability and availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday).
