About the role

• covering your own section (which means making and keeping your own tips)

• ensuring restaurant cleanliness, bar set, dining room set, etc

• day to day restock

• trained in weddings and functions work

• adhearing by our policies and procedures already set in place

You will be supported by our integrated and organized operational systems and hospitality professionals so you can take this career opportunity to an exciting new level.

It is expected that the selected candidate would be skilled in the following;

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is desirable
• Ability to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Be hands on and possess a positive can do attitude
• Forge loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele;
