Cleaning Site Supervisor – Figtree

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead, manage, and coordinate cleaning services at one of our key retail sites in Figtree. This is a full-time opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role within a supportive and growing organisation.

Working closely with an experienced Business Manager, you will oversee service delivery, support your team, and ensure high standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations in line with contractual requirements
  • Lead and manage staff to ensure coverage and meet service KPIs
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members
  • Monitor consumables and maintenance to improve cost effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling requests and complaints
  • Complete reports and meet documentation requirements
  • Respond to general, periodical, preventative, and emergency cleaning needs
  • Promote a safe, positive, and professional work environment
  • Carry out related administrative duties

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience in the cleaning industry
  • Proven ability to lead and support a dedicated, small team
  • Strong understanding of service contracts and performance management
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery (desirable)
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Sound knowledge of safe chemical use and workplace OHS requirements
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Current police check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain
