What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager & Merchandise Manager you'll be joining a high-performing and passionate team.

Provide agronomic and technical support to our farmers and producers in the regionProduct sales both in store and on farmBuild solid and long-term client relationshipsDevelop a strong understanding of the clients' business goalsShare technical and market information to enable clients to improve the performance and sustainability of their farming enterprisesMaintain relationships with a list of existing customersTarget new clients through the provision of superior sales and agronomic input.Keep relevant with latest plant production practicesRun and coordinat field days and farmer meetingsBe the go-to subject matter expert in the region for pasture production agronomic inputs and other advice What You'll Bring:
Prior experience as a trusted advisor in an agronomy roleA solid understanding of the products, seasonal timings and general requirements of rural producersExperience in Pasture and Broadacre AgronomySound customer service, organisational, administrative and computing skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience in understanding of the sales process and strong sales activity and call cycle managementA tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field and a current driver's license is essentialYour experience in an agronomic advisory role related to agricultural chemicals and fertiliser will secure this rewarding role What You'll Get:
