Job Summary:
As Senior Mechanical Estimator, you'll support our Maintenance & Projects business by delivering high-quality estimates, fostering a strong HSEQ culture, and ensuring efficient service. You'll build key relationships and help grow sales and service management in the region for long-term success.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and detailed estimates that align with technical specifications and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical advice to project managers, supervisors, and peers.
- Lead and develop a strong HSEQ culture within your area of responsibility.
- Establish and maintain effective client relationships.
- Participate in strategic planning for business growth and service delivery improvements.
- Conduct site inspections and field audits to gather insights and develop reliable estimates.
- Identify and manage commercial and technical risks associated with projects.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Trade or Engineering Qualification (Mechanical) - preferred
- Minimum 5 years of local experience in an estimator role
- At least 10 years of experience in the projects/maintenance sector
- Proven experience in senior sales management or a similar role within a competitive business environment
