The OpportunityWe're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and inspire customer service operations across metro and regional centres.

In this role, you'll oversee licensing and registration services delivered through multiple channels, ensuring every customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience. You'll mentor and support staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with legislation and procedures - all while keeping people at the heart of what you do.

You'll also work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources, manage risks, protect privacy, and support the wider network beyond your local centre. You understand what good customer service looks like and take ownership of delivering it every day. You make sound decisions based on evidence and experience, and you're confident working within your delegation. You're quick to put the right processes in place to make sure policies and procedures are followed properly.

Special Conditions.

• Must be prepared to be reassigned to different Service SA locations during periods of staff absences and high workloads or as required to meet business needs.
• This role is classified as a position of trust and will be subjected to a satisfactory criminal history record check in line with departmental policies and procedures.
• A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
• A working with children checks (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
• Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
