Senior Waiter

Pilu at Freshwater is an iconic restaurant overlooking Freshwater Beach. Recognised for outstanding service and unique Sardinian cuisine, Pilu at Freshwater prides itself on retaining 2 hats since opening.

We are searching for an energetic and experienced waiter to join our diverse and experienced team. As a senior waiter you'll be responsible for leading by example on the floor - supporting junior staff, managing sections efficiently, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. You'll be a key part of service execution, with strong product knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a waiter, preferable 1 year in a hatted venue.

Excellent English communication skills

Strong leadership qualities

A team player with hand-on, can do attitude

Genuine passion for food, drink and exceptional service

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Positive attitude

What you'll do:

Learn all aspects of our fine dining restaurant service

Manage a section adeptly, with professionalism and a keen attention to detail

Provide outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly service

Maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus

Handle guest feedback with confidence and grace

Assist in training and mentoring junior front-of-house staff

Partake in training sessions both on and off site

Work effectively in a diverse team

Remain calm in a high pressure environment
