As Studio Coordinator, you'll receive full support and training from our team, working alongside top creative professionals in a lively, fast-paced environment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our creative studio, from coordinating resources and managing briefs to maintaining timelines and ensuring quality control

Who you are:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in studio/traffic coordination or project management
• Strong understanding of graphic design, copywriting, and video production processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Wrike
• Strong copy-editing skills and a solid grasp of branding and marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
