We're looking for a passionate and organised individual to take on the role of Studio Coordinator within our Creative Services team. You don't need extensive experience in travel, but a keen eye for detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a flair for project management are essential.
As Studio Coordinator, you'll receive full support and training from our team, working alongside top creative professionals in a lively, fast-paced environment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our creative studio, from coordinating resources and managing briefs to maintaining timelines and ensuring quality control

Who you are:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in studio/traffic coordination or project management
- Strong understanding of graphic design, copywriting, and video production processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Wrike
- Strong copy-editing skills and a solid grasp of branding and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
