About the Role:

As a key part of our sales team, you'll be the face of our business—helping local builders and DIY customers find what they need and keep their projects moving. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving trade and retail customers at the counter and over the phone
  • Providing expert product advice on timber, hardware, and building supplies
  • Processing sales and quotes
  • Assisting with stock levels, displays, and deliveries
  • Putting away incoming stock and helping maintain tidy, well-organised shelves
  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

About You:

  • Previous experience in trade sales, timber, or hardware is highly regarded
  • Confident communicator with great customer service skills
  • Proficient computer literacy, including email and point-of-sale systems
  • Solid product knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and reliability
  • Forklift licence a bonus (or willing to obtain)
