We're looking for a passionate and proactive Team member to lead our team in Balmain and bring the Dolly's Açaí experience to life This is a perfect for someone who has high attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You must be comfortable with working on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends. We are flexible with this role being 4 or 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and customer service
  • Oversee rostering, budgeting, and sales forecasting to meet business targets
  • Maintain high product quality and presentation standards — ensuring freshness and consistency daily
  • Prepare fruits, toppings, açaí bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt, and other menu items
  • Provide excellent customer service, including cashiering and resolving queries
  • Ensure in-depth knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and dietary requirements
  • Uphold store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Drive operational efficiencies and continuously improve store processes
  • Manage and create engaging content for our Instagram and TikTok accounts

Job Types: Permanent, Casual
