About Us:

We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated, and physically capable individual to join our security team primarily for a asset protection/ security position. This position is also open to work asset protection, loss prevention and event shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in Asset protection Sites, control room operations, patient minding, and emergency response, with the ability to maintain a secure and safe environment in a medium to high risk environment. We are looking for individuals who are physically capable and prepared for the demands of the role. Well-built, physically fit candidates who are confident in responding to emergency situations are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Enforce Hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Age: Minimum 18 years old. Some positions may require candidates to be 21 or older.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles.
  • Experience in hospital or healthcare security is highly desirable.
  • Experience in control room operations, surveillance equipment, and emergency response.
  • Experience in patient care or safety is beneficial.
  • Certifications and Licensing:
  • WA Security Officer License required.
  • Cert II in Security Operations and First Aid Qualification required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is essential.
  • Physical Fitness: Must meet the physical demands of the role, which may involve standing for extended periods, walking, and responding to emergency situations that require physical exertion.
  • Clear Background: Clean criminal record and completion of background checks.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies, conflict resolution, and manage stressful situations effectively.
  • High attention to detail and ability to accurately document incidents.
  • Driver's License (for transportation between various locations or in case of emergencies).

Schedule:

  • Part Time, with flexible shift availability, including:
  • 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
  • Morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts
  • Weekend and public holiday availability
  • Shift work required
