About The Role
Join our Shared Services IT team and help make our Legal Practice System (ShareDo) work smarter for our lawyers and clients. You'll configure, optimise, and enhance the platform, turning business requirements into smooth, user-friendly solutions

What you'll do?

  • Configure and improve ShareDo applications, workflows, forms, and user interfaces.
  • Connect the system with other tools like Office 365, DocuSign, and Finance systems.
  • Support data migrations, testing, deployments, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and Legal teams to make the system more efficient and user-friendly

What will you bring?
You have experience configuring enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, K2/Nintex, or Oracle ERP. You are confident with low-code tools and familiar with JavaScript or SQL. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems. You communicate clearly and work well with others across IT and business teams.
