Motorbike Mechanic

CFMOTO Albany is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team, assisting with servicing and repairs of both new and used motorcycles.

$2,000 Bonus – paid upon successful completion of a 3-month probation period.

• Service and repair new and used motorcycles, ATV's & UTV's
• Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance, test and adjust mechanical parts for correct performance
• Perform diagnostics, dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, and steering mechanisms for inspection
• Test ride motorcycles in line with company guidelines
• Complete job cards for all duties including warranty work
• Supervise and train apprentices
• Assemble and pre-deliver new motorcycles and equipment
• Maintain workshop safety and keep a clean, tidy workstation
• Availability to work some Saturdays as required
• Other duties as needed

• Trade qualification (essential) - minimum required Certificate III in Automotive
• Ability to obtain repairers certificate (LVW or MCW)
• Previous motorcycle experience or willingness to learn
• Passion for motorcycles
• Motorcycle drivers licence
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, motivated, and process-driven approach
• Professional presentation
• Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a small team
