Langs Building Supplies is a family owned and operated business, who for more than 45 years, has been supplying a full range of quality building products to our customers.

An opportunity has become available for the services of an experienced forklift driver/order picker at our Caloundra site in Bells Creek.  We are seeking a self-motivated, hard-working person to join our team. Experience moving long, heavy loads and advantage. The role is 38 hours a week Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.

About the role:

· Driving forklifts up to 13 tonne

· Loading timber frames and trusses onto pods and vehicles ready for delivery

· Manual picking and packing of timber lengths for customer orders

· Moving long, heavy packs (not limited to pallets)

· Follow safe working standards and procedures

Skills and Experience:

· Must have a valid LF forklift licence

· Experience moving long, heavy loads/packs

· Experience driving up to 5 tonne forklifts

· Must be fit and able to lift up to 20kgs

· Excellent verbal communication skills

About You:

· Punctual and reliable

· Excellent work ethic

· Ability to work unsupervised

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Able to follow procedures

· Must have the right to work in Australia
