Responsibilities
- Building authentic relationships with clients over the phone and guiding them through the photoshoot booking process
- Facilitating design/sales consultations in person to help clients choose their favourite images to create artwork and collections for their homes
- Maintaining consistent and thoughtful follow-up to nurture leads and ensure client satisfaction
- Delivering a gold-standard in service while meeting booking and sales targets
- Collaborating with the team to uphold Zest's values of quality and care throughout the client experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and customer service (over the phone and in-person)
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Persistent and proactive in nurturing leads with professionalism and empathy
- Self-driven and results-oriented, working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to uncover client needs and motivations through thoughtful conversations
- Passionate about empowering women, photography and supportive of Zest's mission
