Fortitude Protective Services is seeking experienced and professional Licensed Venue Security Guards to join our team across Sydney. We are committed to delivering high-quality security services to pubs, clubs, bars, and licensed venues, and we're looking for guards who can uphold our standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care.

Key Requirements:

  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • Ability to commit to weekend shifts
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Professional presentation and reliability

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of patrons and staff
  • Monitor entry, exits, and crowd behaviour
  • Manage incidents and de-escalate situations professionally
  • Support venue management and follow site protocols
  • Maintain accurate incident reporting
