Partner Sales Manager – ANZ (Hybrid, Sydney)
We're working with a fast scaling business in need of a
partnerships powerhouse
to help take the ANZ market to the next level. You'll own the
partner GTM playbook,
building pipeline, closing deals, and driving serious revenue through strengthening partnerships high-impact alliances.
What you'll do:
- Run the full partner sales motion: pipeline, forecasting, deals, activation
- Co-create GTM with partners and tailor plays for ANZ
- Coach and enable partner sellers to win bigger, faster
- Build trust with C-level stakeholders and turn strategy into revenue
- Use data + insights to optimise partner performance
What you bring:
- Energy, creativity, problem solving, and a proactive attitude
- 7–15 yrs in SaaS partner or enterprise sales with a track record of smashing quota
- Deep channel/alliances expertise and strong boardroom presence
- Consultative selling style with the ability to influence at C-level
- Skilled at juggling enablement, ops, and partner growth programs
- Natural coach who can scale teams and drive accountability
