Pilu at Freshwater, one of Australia's most iconic beachside restaurants, is seeking skilled and passionate Trade Waiters, Drinks Waiters to join the team. Located on the shores of Freshwater Beach, Pilu delivers a refined Sardinian-inspired dining experience in a stunning coastal setting. This is a full-time opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrives in a high-end, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests, present menus, and offer knowledgeable recommendations on food and wine pairings Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar Serve dishes and drinks with care, maintaining fine-dining standards at all times Open and pour wines, mix basic drinks, and assist in the cellar where needed Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organised dining area Handle payments using POS systems and ensure a smooth end-to-end guest experience

About You Certificate III in Hospitality and/or 12 to 24 months employment experience Strong knowledge of food, wine, and Italian cuisine Polished communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset RSA certificate and full Australian working rights Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
