Position Overview

The Swimming and Water Safety Teacher reports directly to the Franchise Owner or Swim School Manager and holds no direct reports. The primary objective is to deliver swimming lessons consistent with the JUMP learn to swim programs, ensuring participant safety and enhancing water safety skills, while providing excellent customer service aligned with JUMP Swim Schools' values.

Corporate Responsibilities

Employees must comply with all company policies and procedures, use resources efficiently, conduct business ethically and professionally, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accurate recordkeeping within company systems.

Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities

The position requires compliance with all relevant Occupational Health & Safety laws and company policies, commitment to safe work practices, use of protective equipment, and adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, and Anti-Discrimination principles. Employees must report incidents, use equipment safely, be familiar with emergency procedures, and take responsibility for their own and others' health and safety in the workplace.
