About You

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require Mandatory Experience and Compliance:

  • 1-2 years experience as a Support Worker
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Disability, or related industry.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Medication Training Certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • Drivers Licence and fully insured vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Flexible availability

You will be supporting a female participant with grocery shopping and daily living skills · Help with ordering food at cafés and engaging in social interactions · Support with organising life plans.
