We're looking for anService Technician Electricalto join our team in NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Electrical Technician, based in western NSW (Cobar region), to maintain and install Aggreko's generator, Temperature Control and Power rental assets on customer sites.

What you'll do:

  • Carry out the preventative and scheduled maintenance of hire fleet assets for optimized performance.
  • Installation and decommissioning of equipment on customer sites.
  • Maintain the levels of all required materials and ensure the appropriate tools are in place and maintained .
  • Contribute to optimum team performance and capability by providing quality workmanship to maintain and enhance the reliability of equipment.
  • Carry out effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships and communication with internal and external customers.
  • Work as a team player and/or in autonomous situations.
  • Work in a safe manner abiding by the company policy.
  • Accurate record keeping.
  • be on call.

To thrive in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience:

  • Trade qualification as an electrician; supported by current A grade/Supervisors Electrical License Duel trade Refrigeration an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with power generation & or similar industries an advantage.
  • Excellent Electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Forklift license an advantage.
  • Refrigeration ARTC license an advantage.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Self-motivated.
