Working in close partnership with St Stephen's School, our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program provides quality before and after school care up to 150 children.

We offer a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities designed to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment that nurtures each child's growth and development. Our service is well-resourced to meet the needs of all children in our care.

Our priority is to provide a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience where children can explore, learn, and thrive — building the confidence and skills that lay the foundation for future success.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Provide nurturing care and meaningful support for children
• Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all
• Create fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
