We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, creative, and hands-on
Student Advisor
to join our team. You should be sales-oriented, highly focused on customer service, and well-connected within the international student community.

This is a dynamic role that provides support and assistance to our international student community while also focusing on selling educational courses.

Go Study Australia
supports over 4,000 students each year in their journey to study, live, and work in Australia. We have 14 offices across Europe, Latin America, and Australia. We are leaders in the Australian education sector, providing comprehensive support to students throughout their educational journey.

Our ideal candidate should be well-known in the international community, have a wide network of contacts, and not be afraid to strike up conversations with strangers. As a Student Advisor
, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting aspiring international students on their educational adventure in Australia.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • French speaker.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or French.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for international education and student support.
  • Experience living in Australia as an international student.
  • Team spirit and a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a
    "Working with Children"
    certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell courses to students interested in studying in Australia.
  • Generate new leads through networking, social media, and community activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the international student community.
  • Provide outstanding support to students throughout their journey.
  • Manage student data, applications, and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Assist with visa applications, student declarations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Plan, organize, and run student events.
  • Create engaging content for social media and other platforms.
  • Maintain open and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Monday to Friday
