Waiter Supervisor

Kimberley Accommodation West is currently seeking 2 Full-Time Waiter Supervisors to fill the vacancy, with a solid background in hospitality industry to join our hardworking team.

This is a hands-on role within our busy venue, so you must be passionate, customer-centric, display an excellent work ethic and lead by example.

The successful candidates must possess:

· Work experience in the same role is highly recommended.

· Experience in training and coaching other employees

· Great leadership qualities and people management skills

· Administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control etc)

· Strong communication skills

· Thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

· Current RSA and Approved Manager License WA

· Strong customer focus and a passion for customer service (can-do attitude)

· Well presented, enthusiastic team player

Key Responsibilities:

· Serving food and beverages to patrons.

· Supervising and training bar attendants ensuring compliance with company and government policies in relation to health, safety and licensing laws

· Cash handling including operating tills, banking, reconciling tills

· Greeting guests and taking guest reservations

· Recording and maintaining stock levels

· Assisting with staff roster

· Actively promote products and services

· Cleaning and maintaining bar service areas

Availability:

· On offer, we have a permanent, full-time role we are looking for a candidate who is available to work a full roster, including weekends and public holidays.
