Female Disability Support Worker Casual

Care Compatible Australia Pty Ltd is a NDIS registered disability service provider. We Support people with Disabilities and Mental health conditions in residential houses and communities across Victoria. We are hiring some passionate Disability Support workers to support our NDIS participants in the Melton area. Candidates who have experience working in the mental health area or have previously supported people with disability with challenging behavior will be prioritized.
Job Summary:
- Assisting with personal care, such as daily hygiene and getting dressed
- Helping with household chores, such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning
- Taking participants grocery shopping
- Transporting participants to medical appointments
- Providing social support to participants and helping them engage in social & community-based activities
- Providing emotional support and an open ear
- Complete all related administrative duties.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $41.00 per hour
