B&E Food is a National Foodservice Company supplying customers with a wide range of products such as fresh poultry, meat, frozen goods, smallgoods, packaging and groceries. Main job duties include but not limited to the following:
Forklift License required
Receiving of incoming deliveries
- Checking incoming goods against invoices and inspecting them to ensure they are free of damage.
- Using warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, to lift, place and remove items on high racks.
- Sorting products and allocating them in correct location in the Warehouse.
- Counting stock levels for stocktakes.
- Ensuring FIFO is applied to all inventory.
- Picking and packing orders.
- Stacking/breaking down pallets
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and report any issues/damages
- General warehouse duties, including tidying.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and orderly environment of the facilities.
- Adhere to HACCP Food Safety requirements, safe work culture and regulations and actively involved in eliminating any workplace injury/hazards.
- Maintain the professionalism, conducts, and comply all B&E Foods code of conducts and policies. Strictly comply with the company policies including confidentiality, anti-bribery and corrosion and other policies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise & manage time effectively for completing deadlines.
- Responsibilities may change based on business needs.
