  • Solar & Battery Sales Team
  • Heat Pump & Air Conditioning Sales Team

What You'll Be Selling:

Team 1 – Solar & Battery Solutions:

  • Solar Panels
  • Battery Storage

Take advantage of strong federal and state rebates that make solar and battery packages highly affordable for homeowners.

Team 2 – Electrification & Heat Pump Solutions:

  • Heat Pump Hot Water Systems
  • Energy-Efficient Reverse Cycle Air Conditioners (VRF / Multi Split Systems)

Backed by government rebates, these systems offer customers significant energy savings and year-round comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert warm leads into sales
  • Educate homeowners on government rebates and product benefits
  • Handle objections and build strong customer relationships
  • Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous sales experience (phone-based or face-to-face) highly regarded
  • Solar, battery, VEU, or heat pump experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong closer with excellent communication skills
  • Driven, KPI-focused, and resilient
  • Passion for renewable energy and helping customers save
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to achieve sales targets
