About the Role:

We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join our team and start their career in Microsoft Dynamics 365, one of the most in-demand platforms in the digital transformation landscape.

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Graduate, you will embark on a structured learning journey to develop the technical and consulting skills required to design, implement, and support business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

You will work within the Business Systems team, collaborating across RACMA departments to enhance business processes and digital capabilities. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role designed to lead towards a professional certification and a future as a Dynamics 365 Consultant or Developer.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and configuring Dynamics 365 modules.


• Support testing, data migration, and solution deployment activities.


• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.


• Collaborate with team members to provide technical support and maintain system functionality.


• Contribute to documentation, end-user training, and continuous system improvement.

Selection Criteria


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


• Interest in ERP/CRM systems and the Microsoft ecosystem.


• Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Full working rights in Australia.
