About the role
  • Thrive on delivering the best customer service and be our first and last impressions of our practice
  • Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls and emails promptly
  • Manage our appointment book for smooth-flowing days for the team
  • Informing patients about services, procedures, and fees
  • Handling front desk payments, claims, and administrative tasks
  • Resolving patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
  • Communicate clearly and have fun in a supportive team environment
About ideal candidate
  • The ideal candidate must have experience in medical or healthcare reception; experience in dental reception is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of medical or healthcare reception experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills that is both professional yet warm
  • Proficient with computers and a willingness to learn the platforms and software we use day to day.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Show a high attention to detail
  • Motivated, positive, and articulate performer
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
  • Position requires availability for weekdays only working hours.
