Caroline Springs, Victoria, Australia Only About Kids Occupational Therapy Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We are growing and on the lookout for our next awesome team members at OAK OT. If you're looking for a positive, supportive workplace where your days are filled with laughter, learning, and making a real difference in the lives of children, then you've come to the right place. Graduates (or soon to be) are encouraged to apply

The OAK OT name is more than just a logo — it's a symbol of growth. Just as a tiny seedling inside an acorn flourishes into a grand oak tree, we nurture our clients and our team members to grow strong and confident in their own unique way. We know that no two oak trees are the same, and that's why we have a strong focus on providing individualised support for each team member. We are committed to ensuring our team blossoms in the same way as our clients and, with the appropriate guidance and support, flourish into incredible people and amazing OTs.

Don't just take our word for it – here's what our current team say about working together:

Continuous learning: We are provided with many opportunities for growth and development, whether through collaboration with peers, group supervision sessions, or mentoring opportunities.

Professional development: We can choose our own external courses to attend, and we also have regular in-house speakers.

Positive team culture: Everyone is supportive of one another. We have lots of laughs and make the effort to ensure everyone feels appreciated and valued.

Regular team days: We do regular fun activities as a team to connect and recharge.

Client choice: We are given the option to choose the types of clients on our caseload.

Flexibility: We can work from different environments — in the office, at home, at a café, or somewhere in between.

Wellbeing: We share a belief that personal wellbeing matters just as much as professional success.

Collaborative office: Our open-plan office encourages teamwork and creativity.

Fun: We take our work seriously, but we also know how to have fun along the way.

What you'll be doing

You'll deliver meaningful, evidence-based OT to children and families in our clinic and in the community. Your week will include:

  • Providing neuro-affirming individual and group therapy, plus parent coaching
  • Conducting assessments and creating engaging, individualised therapy programs
  • Using each child's strengths and interests to drive creative, fun interventions
  • Working collaboratively with families, teachers, and other professionals
  • Writing clear, occupation-focused goals
  • Participating in supervision, mentoring, and PD sessions
  • Building your caseload steadily with structured support
  • Having a say in your client preferences and areas of interest as you develop
What's in it for you
  • Steady caseload growth to build your confidence over time
  • Structured onboarding focused on role clarity, clinical skills, and healthy work habits
  • Minimal travel – mostly clinic-based with the option for a day in the community
  • Extra annual leave for more time to enjoy holidays
  • Quarterly team days focused on personal growth, mindset, clinical training, team building and fun
  • Weekly individual & weekly supervision & mentoring, plus regular in-house speakers
  • Collaborative office - a place to ask questions, bounce ideas, debrief with others who get it, and have a good laugh
  • External PD budget for courses and training around your clinical interest areas
  • Bonuses for increased client hours (if you choose to)
  • Paid AHPRA registration — more money left in your account to spend on you
  • Birthday leave (because you deserve to celebrate)
  • Flexible hours to support your lifestyle
  • Prime location opposite a busy shopping centre (coffee and lunch sorted)
  • Supportive admin team so you can focus on what you do best
  • Above award salary
  • And yes… a legendary team culture
Who we're looking for
  • AHPRA-registered OT (or graduating soon)
  • A lifelong learner with a positive outlook and growth mindset
  • Excited about personal and professional growth
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Neuro-affirming practice and family-centred care
  • Someone who loves contributing to team culture and working collaboratively
  • Shares and models our values
  • All the usual paperwork: OT degree, registration, Working with Children Check (WWCC), driver's licence, appropriate insurances (professional indemnity & public liability)

If you're after a workplace that's positive, professional, and genuinely invested in your development, we'd love to meet you.
