What You'll Do ~ As a Personal Care Worker at GLAICA House, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional person-centered care to our resident/s
  • Respond to and manage clinical emergencies when required
  • Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for all residents
  • Lead by example in compliance, care excellence, and positive team culture

Essential Criteria:

  • You will be kind and compassionate and love working with older people
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar)
  • Valid National Police Clearance
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Commitment to upholding resident rights, dignity and choice
  • Computer literacy and accurate documentation skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in Residential Aged Care
  • Ability to pick up a variety of different shifts
