A fantastic opportunity has opened for a qualified and experienced Technician to join our state-of-the-art workshop in Gregory Hills.

About the Role:

  • Carry out diagnosis on Toyota vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
  • Ensure dealers quality control levels are attained with the aim to Fix It Right
  • Carry our major repairs and maintenance services in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer requests on the repair order are completed to a high-quality standard
  • Maintain a clean and orderly service shop through the 5S principals
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Maintain accurate clocking and reporting on each repair order
  • Involvement in Kaizen group activities where your experience and input will be valued
  • Achieve monthly productivity targets as set by the Service Manager
  • Carry out all tasks required according to standard work procedures

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Full-time Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)
  • Trade Qualification – Light Vehicle Mechanic
  • Toyota dealership experience highly regarded
  • A desire to work as part of a Team & looking to advance your career
  • A positive "can do" attitude & care about the quality of the work you do
  • To behave in a professional & courteous manner with both customers and staff
  • A keen desire to continuously learn on the latest technology
  • To be punctual, reliable, honest and always act with integrity
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Tidy work following the 5S philosophy
  • E-Safety check (pink slip) license is an advantage.
